Étude d’écoulements de liquides ou de gaz dans des microcanaux et des microsystèmes et mise en œuvre de moyens de mesures permettant de caractériser expérimentalement des mini- et micro-systèmes

Etude de micro-écoulement gazeux

  • Vélocimétrie et Thermométrie Par Marquage Moléculaire : Développement d’une plateforme d’essais de MTV et de MTT pour la mesure de champs de vitesse et de champs de température d’écoulements internes de gaz dans des canaux millimétriques et submillimétriques.
  • Etude expérimentale de micro-débits de gaz : l’équipe Microsystème de l’ICA a développé un banc d’essais pour la mesure de microdébits de gaz. Grâce à ce banc, diverses études sont menées (mesure d’écoulements dans des nanocanaux, dans des micromélangeurs, étude de l’influence de la température sur les écoulements dans des microcanaux),

Etude de micro-écoulement de liquides

  • Mesure de micro- et nano-débits: Développement d’un banc d’essais pour la caractérisation de micro-pompes à  usage médical.

 

  • Etude de phénomènes électrocinétiques liés à  la présence de double couche électrique (DCE) en paroi (irrigation d’un réseau de microcanaux par électro-osmose).
